The program reads the downloaded file, and fills a database with all the
stores thae representative has been assigned to inventory. They then select a store, and
all the store information is read from the database and displayed. Besides the traditional
information (Street Address, Phone Number, Zip Code, etc.) the downloaded file also contains
important information about the status of the store.
This method of download-based application allows the host to easily control many different
representatives, without ever having to leave the office or contact each individually. You
can simply create a file for the representative that has the information about what they should
do today, and the PDAgoTM system takes care of the rest.
